Applications
JIC 37-degree flare fittings are widely used in a variety of applications, including:
They are particularly well-suited for applications where high pressure and vibration resistance are required.
Construction Standards
JIC 37-degree flare fittings are manufactured in accordance with the following construction standards:
These standards ensure that the fittings are of high quality and will meet the performance requirements of the most demanding applications.
Pressure and Temperature Tolerance
JIC 37-degree flare fittings have a pressure rating of up to 10,000 PSI and a temperature rating of -40°F to 400°F for brass fittings. Stainless steel and Alloy 400 fittings have higher temperature ratings.
JIC 37-degree flare fittings typically use Buna-N, Viton, or PTFE packings. Buna-N is a general-purpose packing that is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and fluids. Viton is a high-performance packing that is resistant to high temperatures and aggressive chemicals. PTFE is a non-stick packing that is ideal for applications where cleanliness is critical.
2-Year SecoLock Warranty.
